W dniach 30 czerwca – 2 lipca 2022 r. odbędzie się w formie hybrydowej 29th Annual ANZSIL Conference ANZSIL “International Law and Global Inter-connectedness”.
Organizatorzy chcieliby, aby wystąpienia odpowiadały w szczególności na następujące pytania:
· Which forms of inter-connectedness are 'visible' to international law and which are not?
· Which forms are enabled and which are undermined by international law?
· Which actors take part in shaping international regimes that assist or hinder inter-connectedness?
· How do these processes affect groups and individuals, especially the Global South?
· How can international law - traditionally structured around states and, more recently, individuals - account for and regulate these different forms of inter-connectedness?

2. Call for papers: ANZSIL Postgraduate Workshop 2022 (czerwiec 2022 r.)
W dniu 29 czerwca 2022 r. odbędzie się ANZSIL Postgraduate Workshop 2022. Młodzi naukowcy będą mieli możliwość zaprezentowania swoich badań (ok. 10 minut), po czym ich wystąpienia zostaną poddane pod ogólną dyskusję.
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt o objętości do 1 strony wraz z jednostronicowym CV) należy przesyłać do 21 lutego.

3. Call for papers: Justice for Atrocities: Dialogues and Encounters between Latin America and Europe (grudzień 2022 r.)
Westminster Law School oraz University of Jyväskylä organizują w dniach 6-7 grudnia 2022 r. konferencję pt. „Justice for Atrocities: Dialogues and Encounters between Latin America and Europe”. Wydarzenie będzie miało charakter hybrydowy (częściowo odbędzie się online, a częściowo fizycznie w Londynie).
Tematy, których mogą dotyczyć wystąpienia:
• The normative, critical legal and historical foundations of the need for intercontinental justice dialogues and encounters.
• Potential judicial dialogues and encounters concerning historical cases of atrocities in Latin America committed during the European conquest and colonial times.
• Convergences and/or divergences, mutual influence, and similarities and/or differences between the law and practice within the Inter-American human rights system and the European human rights system(s) in atrocity cases and related justice matters.
• Impact of the practice of the Inter-American human rights system on the practice of European national courts and authorities and/or impact of the practice of the European human rights system on the practice of Latin-American domestic courts and authorities, concerning in both scenarios justice for atrocities.
• Mutual influence, convergences, or divergences between the Latin-American national judicial and legislative practices and the European national judicial and legislative practices in relation to atrocity cases and related justice matters.
• Comparative analyses of the law and practice of extended jurisdiction and universal jurisdiction in atrocity cases in Latin America and Europe.
• Legitimacy, effectiveness, and legacy assessments of justice initiatives concerning atrocities that involve both Latin America and Europe.
• Advantages/disadvantages, convergences/divergences, or synergies/diversions of strengthening justice encounters and dialogues between Latin America and Europe vis-à-vis the International Criminal Court.
• Critical analysis of specific instances of encounters and/or dialogues between Latin America and Europe in relation to atrocity cases, including but not limited to, for example: the (in)action of Latin-American national authorities as for Nazi fugitives in the region, the legacy of the Pinochet case, and encounters between Italian courts and South American national jurisdictions concerning the Operation Condor crimes committed in South America against European nationals.

Planowana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.

4. Call for papers: European Yearbook on Human Rights
Redakcja European Yearbook on Human Rights czeka na zgłoszenia do kolejnego numeru. Osoby zainteresowane publikacją mogą przesyłać abstrakty proponowanych wystąpień (do 500 słów) wraz z krótką notą biograficzną do 15 grudnia br. na adres lisa.heschl@uni-graz.at. 5. Call for papers: LEAD Special Issue 2022
Czasopismo Law, Environment and Development Journal zaprasza do przesyłania zgłoszeń do specjalnego numeru czasopisma pt. „Planetary Health in Times of Converging Crises – Challenges and Opportunities”.
Artykuły mogą dotyczyć następującej problematyki (zwłaszcza w kontekście południowej półkuli):
· Critical reflections on environmental law from the point of view of planetary health in the context of the year 2022 that marks the fiftieth anniversary of the Stockholm Conference;
· Decolonization and the environment, in its multiple forms and dimensions from the local to the global level;
· Critical perspectives on environmental justice and equity, in particular from the point of view of the global South and/or from a gender, social/racial equity point of view;
· Rethinking the bases for environmental law beyond the existing framing that has led to the current crises, such as paradigms going beyond sustainable development (including degrowth, radical ecological democracy);
· Critical reflections on evolving environmental governance and institutional developments;
· Critical reflections on public health and the environment.
Zgłoszenia mogą odwoływać się do prawa międzynarodowego, transgranicznego lub krajowego.

6. Call for papers: Hague Yearbook of International Law
Redakcja Hague Yearbook of International Law zaprasza do przesyłania zgłoszeń do kolejnego numeru czasopisma. Teksty (w j. angielskim lub j. francuskim) mogą dotyczyć dowolnych zagadnień z zakresu prawa międzynarodowego publicznego lub prywatnego. Powinny mieć ok. 15.000 słów i spełniać wymagania stylu OSCOLA.
