2. Call for papers: European Constitutionalism and the Virus of Distrust (Praga, kwiecień 2022 r.)
W dniach 27-28 kwietnia br. na Uniwersytecie Karola w Pradze odbędzie się konferencja "European Constitutionalism and the Virus of Distrust".
Wystąpienia mogą dotyczyć m.in. następujących tematów:
- liberal democracy and its rivals
- traditional origins of constitutionalism and their legitimacy in the present day
- liberal constitutionalism and the battles of past centuries
- covid-19 and (dis)trust, vaccination, reservation of conscience
- identity, migration and nation
- legality and legitimacy of the “new” human rights.
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 250 słów) należy przesyłać do 28 lutego br.
