Call for papers: Connecticut Law Review
Redakcja Connecticut Law Review zaprasza do przesyłania zgłoszeń do kolejnego numeru czasopisma (vol. 55). Będzie ono zawiera specjalną sekcję poświęconą tematyce “Climate and Environmental Justice in the 21st Century: A Just Transition.” W związku z tym, artykuły mogą dotyczyć m.in. następujących kwestii:
• Do legal structures have the capacity to keep pace with the onslaught of climate and
environmental emergencies? What tools may the law rely on to support and facilitate the objectives of a just transition?
• What obligations do corporations have in supporting the objectives of a just transition?
• How can the just transition support transitions in rural energy communities as we move away from extractive industries to a “greener” energy economy?
Zgłoszenia należy przesyłać do 1 września br.
