W dniach 28-29 września br. w Utrechcie odbędzie się konferencja "Institutions for Conflict Resolution".

Planowana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.

2. Call for papers: The push and pull of fairness: theoretical approaches to fairness in international law (Aix-en-Provence, wrzesień 2023 r.)
ESIL Interest Group on International Legal Theory and Philosophy zaprasza do przesyłania zgłoszeń na organizowaną przez siebie sesję dotyczącą tematyki "The push and pull of fairness: theoretical approaches to fairness in international law", która będzie miała miejsce podczas 2023 ESIL Annual Conference.
Wystąpienia powinny odpowiadać na następujące pytania:
1.Is there a problem of unfairness in international law as law as opposed to a political problem?
2.Reflecting on the connection between fairness and justice, why should international law not only be valid and binding but also just?
3.What are the criteria to determine whether international law is fair or not?
