Call for papers: Critical Legal Conference 2023 (Durham, wrzesień 2023 r.)

W dniach 11-13 września br. na Uniwersytecie w Durham odbędzie się Critical Legal Conference 2023. Konferencja ma składać się z 19 głównych "nurtów":

Stream 6 - Mediation, postestas and jurisfiction

Stream 7 - Sanctuary, law and art

Stream 8 - School as a sanctuary for the youngest

Stream 9 - Constitutions as sanctuary - Global feminist constitutionalism

Stream 10 - Fanfictions of law

Stream 11 - Equality law as a santuary

Stream 12 - Critical theory and praxis in EU law

Stream 13 - Property as haven - sanctuary or escape

Stream 14 - The quasi-frozen sanctuary

Stream 15 - Cultural theories of protest and its policing

Stream 16 - Hiding in or from law

Stream 17 - Sanctuary - Law & Politics of Unconditionality

Stream 18 - From asylum to asylum reconfiguring the space and time of institutions

Stream 19 - General stream

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 350 słów) należy przesyłać do 30 czerwca.

Opłata za udział w całej konferencji wynosi 185 funtów/ za jeden dzień - 75 funtów.
