1. Call for papers: 6th Young European Law Scholars Conference ‘The Future of EU Fundamental Rights’ (Maastricht, 1-2 czerwca 2023 r.)

W dniach 1-2 czerwca 2023 r. odbędzie się 6th Young European Law Scholars Conference ‘The Future of EU Fundamental Rights’. 

Wystąpienia mogą dotyczyć m.in. następujących tematów:

• The role of fundamental rights in the EU constitution;
• The EU as a fundamental rights legislator;
• The monitoring and enforcement of EU fundamental rights;
• The role of the Court of Justice and other EU institutions in protecting fundamental rights;
• New actors in EU fundamental rights protection;
• Common minimum standards in EU fundamental rights law;
• The relationship with the ECHR and the upcoming EU's accession to the ECHR;
• EU fundamental rights in selected policy areas (e.g. the digital sphere, migration, criminal cooperation etc.)
• Critical reflections on the EU as a fundamental rights actor;
• EU fundamental rights and EU institutional reforms;
• Social rights as EU fundamental rights.

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 600 słów) należy przesyłać do 31 stycznia 2023 r.

Planowana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.

Organizatorzy mogą pokryć część kosztów podróży i zakwaterowania.
