1. Call for papers: Navigating the North: Perspectives on Sustainable Development in the Arctic (Lillehammer, sierpień 2025 r.)
W dniach 28-29 sierpnia 2025 r. w Lillehammer odbędzie się konferencja pt. "Navigating the North: Perspectives on Sustainable Development in the Arctic".
Wydarzenie będzie skupiać się wokół następujących tematów:
- The roles, rights and influences of the various actors of the Artic on sustainable development;
- Regime interactions: interaction between international, regional and domestic legal regimes regarding sustainability in the Arctic;
- International economic law (trade & investment) and sustainable development in the Arctic;
- Challenges and opportunities pertaining to a human rights approach to sustainability in the Arctic region;
- Sustainable Arctic Ocean governance;
- Environmental protection in the Arctic region (including for example, climate change, protection of biological biodiversity, sustainable management of natural resources);
- Indigenous and critical perspectives (including for example, degrowth, postcolonial critique) to sustainable development in the Arctic region.
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów) należy przesyłać do 15 marca br.
Organizatorzy planują publikację pokonferencyjną.
