2. Call for papers: Annual Workshop on the Vienna School of Jurisprudence and the Pure Theory of Law (Wiedeń, kwiecień 2023 r.)
W dniach 3-4 kwietnia w Wiedniu odbędzie się Annual Workshop on the Vienna School of Jurisprudence and the Pure Theory of Law.
Organizatorzy wyrazili zainteresowanie przede wszystkim:
– applications from doctoral students who wish to integrate Kelsen’s writings, the Vienna School and/or the Pure Theory into their work;
– proposals which deal with inter‐cultural and inter‐linguistic problems of the approach;
– those focusing on lesser‐discussed aspects (such as political theory), arguments and writings, or on less well‐known members of the Vienna School;
– papers which apply the Pure Theory to areas of doctrinal legal study, including public international law, or to specific problems of law and legal theory.
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów) należy przesyłać do 30 listopada br.
Organizatorzy pokryją koszty zakwaterowania i podróży.

3. Call for papers: Workshop on Internal Displacement in Law and Policy (Maynooth, luty 2023 r.)
Maynooth University School of Law and Criminology organizuje w dniu 2 lutego 2023 r. Workshop on Internal Displacement in Law and Policy.
Wystąpienia mogą dotyczyć następujących tematów:
- Whether ‘IDP law’ as a distinct branch of law exists
- Whether there should be a global treaty on IDPs and what obligations such treaty would contain
- Whether other fields of law and policy, such as disaster and refugee law and policy, can and should inform the development of IDP law and policy
- The roles and obligations of both states and non-state actors concerning IDP protection
- Measuring the impact of and/or compliance with IDP laws and policies
- Participation of IDPs in the development of laws and policies, and in challenging their displacement
- Preventing and resolving situations of internal displacement
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 300 słów i nota biograficzna do 300 słów) należy przesyłać do 30 września br.
Organizatorzy planują publikację pokonferencyjną i pokrywają koszty zakwaterowania.
