1. Call for papers: Revisiting Customary Humanitarian Law: The ICRC’s Study at 20 (Bochum, lipiec lub wrzesień 2025 r.)
W lipcu lub wrześniu w Bochum odbędą się warsztaty "Revisiting Customary Humanitarian Law: The ICRC’s Study at 20". Zaproszenie do udziału w wydarzeniu skierowane jest do młodów naukowców (do 5 lat po obronie doktoratu).
Wystąpienia mogą dotyczyć m.in. następujących tematów:
- the methodology, background, history, and influence of the study and/or the rules (in general or of specific rules);
- international perspectives on the study and/or the rules;
- the future influence and expansion of the study and/or the rules;
- critical assessments of the study and/or the rules, whether in theoretical, doctrinal, or normative terms.
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów) należy przesyłać do 30 listopada br.
