W dniach 8-9 maja 2023 r. w Utrechcie odbędą się warsztaty pt. “Non-use measures for global goods and commons in international law”.
Organizatorzy oczekują abstraktów dotyczących następujących tematów:
1. Marine living resources
2. Antarctica
3. Areas beyond national jurisdiction at sea
4. Atmosphere and outer space
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów wraz z CV lub notką biograficzną) należy przesyłać do 31 lipca br.
Organizatorzy pokrywają koszty zakwaterowania i podróży.

2. Call for papers: Emerging Issues in the Relationship between International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law (Tbilisi, wrzesień 2022 r.)
W dniach 29-30 września br. w Tbilisi odbędzie się konferencja pt. „Emerging Issues in the Relationship between International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law”.
Tematy wystąpień, którymi są zainteresowani Organizatorzy:
- General overview of the latest challenges in PIL
- The extraterritorial application of human rights law
- The principle of proportionality in IHRL and IHL
- The right to life and targeting rules in IHL
- The prohibition of torture, inhuman and degrading treatment, and punishment
- The methods of warfare, recent weapons and practices
- IHL application to cyberspace
- Investigating violations of IHL
- procedural obligations under the ECHR in armed conflict
- The right to property in armed conflict
- Social, economic and cultural rights in armed conflict
- Human rights obligations in cases of belligerent occupation and de facto control of foreign territory
- Security issues in occupied territories
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt 500-1000 słów i jednostronicowe CV) należy przesyłać do 30 maja br.
