1. Call for papers: International Economic Law and New Frontiers of Global Security (Glasgow, marzec 2022 r.)
ESIL International Economic Law Interest Group organizuje w dniu 30 marca br. warsztaty pt. "International Economic Law and New Frontiers of Global Security".
Tematy, które zostaną poruszone podczas warsztatów to:
1) International trade law and global (including cyber-)security challenges
2) Foreign investment and (new) (including cyber-)security concerns
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 800 słów wraz z jednostronicowym CV) należy przesyłać do 28 stycznia br.

2. Call for papers: Regulating Global Security: History of an Illusion (marzec 2022 r.)
Przed 2022 ESIL Research Forum odbędą się (w formie hybrydowej) warsztaty organizowane przez ESIL IG History of International Law pt. "Regulating Global Security: History of an Illusion".
Wystąpienia mogą dotyczyć zwłaszcza nastąpującej problematyki:
- The role and relevance of international law in global security discourse;
- The concept of security in international law from a historical perspective;
- The role of states and non-state actors in shaping the regulation of global security;
- The impact of territorial and resource disputes on global security;
- Law-making in the history of global security;
- Development of environmental security in international law;
- Development of economic and financial security in international law;
- The role of international (judicial) institutions as guardians of global security;
- Development of hybrid means of warfare and their regulation;
- (Mis)understanding the power of regulation in the history of global security.
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów z krótkim CV) należy przesyłać do 31 stycznia br.
