Redakcja Austrian Review of International and European Law zaprasza do przesyła zgłoszeń do kolejnego (vol. 26 ) numeru czasopisma, który będzie poświęcony zmieniającym się strukturom międzynarodowego prawa inwestycyjnego i handlowego.
Tematy, których mogą dotyczyć teksty, to m.in.:
- reform of investor-state dispute settlement mechanisms
- the modernization of investment and trade agreements
- WTO reforms and adaptions
- the question of SDG-alignment
- the emergence of new values and norms and their role in investment or trade law
- new trends in case law

2. Call for papers: Law and ethics of artificial intelligence in the public sector: From principles to practice and policy (Haga, marzec 2022 r.)
Instytut Assera organizuje w dniach 10-11 marca 2022 r. interdyscyplinarną konferencję pt. „Law and Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector: From Principles to Practice and Policy”.
Wystąpienia mogą dotyczyć m.in. następujących tematów:
- Exploring the conditions for, and conceptual underpinnings of, ethical and lawful uses of AI in the public sector
- Identifying fundamental principles emerging from law and ethics, and ponder them against engineering methods of systems design and optimisation
- Providing input for the development of engineering methods and technical standards that integrate and reinforce core values, thereby promoting trust in technology and in public institutions
- Exploring how AI advancements affect legal and ethical frameworks
- Suggesting avenues for AI policy that reflect and implement research findings
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt 300-600 słów wraz z krótkim CV) należy przesyłać do 3 grudnia br.
Organizatorzy mogą pokryć koszty podróży części uczestników; będzie możliwy także udział w konferencji za pośrednictwem Zooma.
